We aim to provide a great experience every time on your purchase, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.
The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Policy) refers to Fresh Mart, 5201, South Matuail, Dhaka-Chotttgram Highway Road, Demra, Dhaka 1360, Bangladesh.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.
- Service refers to both facebook page and website.
- Website refers to Fresh Mart, accessible from www.freshmart.com.bd.
- Facebook page, refers to Fresh Mart, accessible from www.facebook.com/defreshmart.
- You mean the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Placing and Receiving Orders
Please check your shipping (delivery) addresses carefully!
Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgment.
- Match your ordered goods with the invoice as per size, quantity and other details.
- Check the quality of the products (e.g., expiry, usage direction, appearance, etc) during receiving.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days, from the date on which you received the goods, without giving any reason for doing so. In order to inform of your cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by email or phone.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 3 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
- The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The container of the supply of goods are physically and/or visually damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. If you don’t have the order invoice, then Fresh Mart will have to refuse accepting the return of the goods.
Fresh Mart will do its best to fulfill requests to return goods. Returns accepted for goods ordered should be initiated with NEXT DAY from the request received.
If you want to return the goods immediately then you should send the goods at the following address. The cost and risk of returning the goods should be incurred by you.

Fresh Mart will reimburse you no later than 14 working days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 14 working days. If the customer wants to return the products, they have to request for return within 72 HOURS of delivery of the products. The amount will be refunded via same source within 3 working days.
Please note that the refund requests will be processed under the following situation:
- Unable to serve with any product.
- Customer returns any product from a paid order.
- Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.
